Juniper is seeking an experienced Palliative Care Lead to drive excellence in palliative and end-of-life care across our residential and community services in Western Australia.

Reporting to clinical governance, you will provide clinical leadership, mentor teams, develop care frameworks, and partner with families and external providers to improve outcomes. This is a full-time role based at Balcatta with travel across Juniper services.
