Rimfire Resources is seeking a Regional Manager - Goondiwindi to lead field operations and logistics across Northern NSW, SW Queensland and Central Queensland, reporting to the Northern Business Manager. You will manage 7 direct reports and drive delivery of client trials, with the research spanning residue, efficacy and breeding programs; about 60% office, 40% field.

The ideal candidate has commercial management experience, agronomy knowledge for the region, and R&D field trial and logistics
